Varietal Series 3 – Lehua Blossom Honey. Uniquely floral. Finishes like candied flowers. Sweet. 15.5% ABV

Varietal Series 4 – Macadamia Blossom Honey. Floral & fruity with an almost earthy, nutty finish. Sweet. 14.5% ABV

Varietal Series 5 – Coffee Blossom Honey. Fruity with lots of sweet notes, and a coffee/chocolate-like flavor at the end. Sweet. 14.5% ABV
